ICBMS Rules and Regulations

The ICBMS policy applies to both parents and students.

• Compliance: We expect everyone to abide by the rules and regulations of ICBMS.

• Registration Deadline: All students must register before the registration deadline. Unregistered students will not be allowed to attend any class.

• Kindergarten Age Requirement: The minimum age to register a student for Kindergarten is 5 years.

• Entrance Exam: New students will be admitted only after successfully completing an entrance exam. This exam will be conducted by ICBMS teachers.

• Tuition & Fees: Fees must be paid in full within 3 months. Please consult the school administration if special payment arrangements need to be made.

• Dress Code: All students must abide by the school dress code. Students who are not properly dressed will not be allowed to attend class.

• Smartphones & Smartwatches: Smartphones and Smartwatches are not allowed in the class. Students must put their smartphones and smartwatches in their bags. 

Boys' Dress Code

• Long-sleeve Kurta or thobe. No short sleeves allowed.

• Full-length pants (no shorts).

• Islamic cap (Topi, Kufi, or Turban).

Girls' Dress Code

• Loose-fitting, full-length garments.

• A scarf that adequately covers the head.

• No makeup.

Attendance and Punctuality

• Absences: Regular attendance is required. The school management must be notified of any absences. More than 3 unapproved absences within 3 months will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension. Absences should be reported by email at [email protected].

• Tardiness: All students must arrive on time. Arriving more than 5 minutes after the start time will be considered late. Accumulating 3 tardies in a single month will lead to disciplinary action. Tardy should be reported by email at [email protected].

School Hours

• Weekday Maktab (Mon–Thu): 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

• All drop-offs and pick-ups must be done through the lobby.

• Students cannot be dropped off in the parking lot.

• Students must be picked up at 7:30pm as ICBMS does not have any arrangements to look after the students after 7:30pm.

• Early Dismissal: Early dismissal requires an advance request and approval from the school management.

Parent Guidelines

• Parents are strictly prohibited from sitting in the classroom while classes are in session.

• Any meeting with a teacher must be scheduled in advance.

• Weather-related closures or delayed starts will be communicated to parents by the school administration.

DISCLAIMER: Submitting an enrollment form does not guarantee admission to ICBMS and Nur Foundation programs. Final admission decisions are made at the sole discretion of the ICBMS/ICB Nur Management. Acceptance is subject to resource and space availability. For returning students, decisions will also take into account prior academic performance, progress, and standing.
